Lara Bella blinds was a pleasure to work with. Fatih and his father , the dynamic duo. I was very happy to realize that not only I was dealing with a company that has very competitive pricing (less than what any other company quoted me), but also that the quality I was receiving was top notch, the blinds are imported from Europe. They were quick to come by and take measurements and I was sold on blackout blinds in my bedrooms and zebra pattern in the living room. Everything was going well, until Fatih called me one day to say my blinds were lost by the carrier , but he didn’t give me bad news without a solution, he had expedited a new shipment and they were going to arrive within 2 weeks. For the inconvenience caused , he offered me 10% off my invoice. Talk about customer service !! The day my new blinds arrived , Fatih cleaned his schedule to install them that same day and I truly appreciate how friendly , knowledgeable and hard working the staff from this company is. We needed a solution in our living room to protect our furniture and artwork from the sunlight that poured through our floor to ceiling French doors so I contacted Lara Bella Blinds. We were pretty skeptical that there was a solution that would be both aesthetically pleasing and functional at the same time, but thanks to Ali’s advice, we absolutely love the finished product. Our biggest concern was how to hang the blinds so that the roller mechanism wouldn’t ruin the look of the wood frame around the window. The issue was resolved and came out better than expected. I will DEFINITELY use Lara Bella Blinds again and look forward to working with Ali in the future!
